BOSTON – Sgt. Adalberto Velez Jr, is presented the Governor's 20 tab by Gov. Maura Healey, the governor of Massachusetts, and Maj. Gen. Gary Keefe, the Adjutant General of the Massachusetts National Guard, during a ceremony at the Massachusetts State House celebrating the 389th Birthday of the National Guard, December 10, 2025.
The Governor's 20 tab was earned by the top 20 marksmen in the Massachusetts National Guard at the annual Adjutant General's marksmanship match earlier this year.
