A U.S. Army paratrooper exits a C-27 Spartan during the Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 9, 2025. Multiple aircraft including the C-130 Hercules, Boeing C-17 Globemaster, and C-27 were used to support the operation, ferrying the hundreds of U.S. and international paratroopers over the course of the event. Operation Toy Drop, hosted annually by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), gives service members a chance to help children in need and earn foreign partner-nation wings.
