A U.S. Army paratrooper drifts to the ground while using a T-11 parachute during the Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 9, 2025. The T-11 is a non-manuverable canopy system designed for static line procedures and is the primary parachute used for large-scale personnel drops by the U.S. Army. Operation Toy Drop, hosted annually by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), gives service members a chance to help children in need and earn foreign partner-nation wings.
