ARCWERX WERXshop attendees participate in a classroom exercise during a workshop held at the New York Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing, Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, N.Y., July 29-31, 2025. The three-day event is an ARCWERX regional training held quarterly to teach problem solving and innovation. Participants from the event included Airmen from Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, along with Swedish Air Force members, through New York’s State Partnership Program with Sweden.
