Lt. Gen. Mary Izaguirre, the U.S. Army Surgeon General and Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Command, takes part in an open house following the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Caisson Village, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va., Dec. 10, 2025. The Caisson Village provides housing for two full squads of horses and includes all necessary support facilities while the historic barns are renovated.
