Vern Daley, command sergeant major of Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and U.S. Army Military District of Washington, take part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Caisson Village, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va., Dec. 10, 2025. The Caisson Village provides housing for two full squads of horses and includes all necessary support facilities while the historic barns are renovated.
