Sgt. Ben Lieberman, a musician assigned to the 1st Armored Division Band, plays the trumpet while wearing a festive Santa hat during the Christmas Tree Lighting event at Center Chapel One on Fort Bliss, Texas, Dec. 5, 2025. Soldiers from the "Old Ironsides" band performed a selection of holiday classics as families gathered for the annual ceremony, which also featured real snow for sledding and various carnival games hosted by Fort Bliss Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Fort Bliss Religious Support Office.
