Zerr, commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), discusses how the Surface Warfare Combat Training Continuum, Warfare Tactics Instructors, and tactics, techniques, and procedures work together to deliver more efficient surface warfare tactical expertise and innovative solutions to the fleet during his visit to Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) and SCSTC AEGIS Training and Readiness Center, co-located onboard Naval Support Facility Dahlgren, Virginia.
