    Two U.S. Navy Sailors awarded Fleet Marine Force pin and two Marines promote to Corporal while deployed

    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Sergio Pedroamezcua, left, and Cpl. Nicholas Willette, right, both expeditionary fuels technicians with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, pins Lance Cpl. Aramani Tonuao, an expeditionary fuels technician with CLB-6, CLR-2, 2nd MLG, to corporal during a promotion ceremony as part of Exercise Freezing Winds 2025 in Dragsvik, Finland, Dec. 4, 2025. In recognition of their work ethics and impact on unit readiness, the Marines were meritoriously promoted to corporal. Freezing Winds is conducted to increase interoperability between Marines, Finland, and NATO Allies by executing combined amphibious operations in and around the Baltic Sea littorals, and is part of a regularly occurring series of exercises in northern Europe that demonstrates the capability to deploy and train Marines and Sailors in support of the NATO Alliance.
