NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 4, 2025) — Cmdr. Paul F. Ingram, incoming commanding officer of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 40, addresses the audience during a change of command ceremony in Norfolk, Virginia. Ingram relieved Cmdr. Brett S. Cameron as commanding officer. VRC-40, known as the “Rawhides,” provides carrier onboard delivery services in support of deployed carrier strike groups worldwide.
