NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 4, 2025) — Cmdr. Brett S. Cameron renders a salute as he arrives with the official party during a change of command ceremony for Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 40 in Norfolk, Virginia. Cmdr. Paul F. Ingram relieved Cameron as commanding officer. VRC-40, known as the “Rawhides,” provides carrier onboard delivery services in support of deployed carrier strike groups worldwide.
