The Brigade kicked off its annual Turkey Bowl with a full morning of competition, food, and community-building. Soldiers, leaders, and families gathered across the brigade footprint to enjoy chili tastings, flag football, and fundraising activities leading into the holiday weekend. Soldiers and leaders showcased their best homemade recipes during the Brigade Chili Cook-Off, sharing food and friendly rivalry while celebrating the Thanksgiving spirit. The winner of the Chili Cook-off Competition 2025 was former Command Sergeant Major of the 3rd MI Battalion, CSM McNeely. The Brigade’s Turkey Bowl Flag Football Tournament brought out competitive energy across all battalions. 719th MI Battalion claimed first place, with 524th MI Battalion finishing as the runner-up after a hard-fought final matchup. A pie-throwing fundraiser drew laughter and supported MI Ball preparations, as participants volunteered to take a pie in the face to raise money for the upcoming event.
