GARDEN CITY, Mich. (Nov. 13, 2025) – Senior Master Sgt. Rick Van Seters, standards and evaluation officer in charge with the 272nd Cyber Operations Squadron, Michigan Air National Guard, helps two Garden City High School JROTC cadets configure a radio transmitter and bind it to their newly built FPV drone.
