GARDEN CITY, Mich. (Nov. 13, 2025) – Garden City High School Air Force JROTC cadets work as a team to assemble a first-person-view (FPV) quadcopter drone from a kit of parts during a hands-on STEM taught by the Michigan Air National Guard’s 272nd Cyber Operations Squadron. The all-day event launched the school’s new drone club and introduced cadets to building, programming, and flying small, unmanned aircraft. (U.S. Air Force photo by Capt. Jacob Murray.)
