Gunter, command chief of the 99th ABW, present the Department of the Air Force Civilian Achievement Medal to Keanu Fonseca, an emergency medical technician with the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron during a commander’s call at Nellis AFB Base, Nevada, Nov. 19, 2025.
