Coalition forces instructors under Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) give instruction on operational security to Peshmerga members during an information operations (IO) course in Erbil, Iraq, Oct. 21, 2025. The objective of the course was to qualify ten General Directorate of Media and National Awareness personnel as certified IO instructors, capable of independently conducting future training within the directorate.
