An MH-60S helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 takes off from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) during flight quarters at sea during Carrier Strike Group Exercise (CSGEX) 2025, Nov. 11, 2025. CSGEX is a bilateral exercise that strengthens naval interoperability, enhances the U.S. and Republic of Korea alliance, and demonstrates joint commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific. Milius is forward deployed and assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
