Pia Chapman, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) while aboard the ship at Naval Station Norfolk, Nov. 18, 2025. Vice Adm. Perry visited to thank Sailors for their support of the Titans of the Sea Presidential Review celebrating the Navy’s 250th birthday last month.
