Members of the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma Fire Department assess the injuries of a simulated casualty during ambulatory casualty exchange training with Combat Logistics Battalion 15 (CLB 15), Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), in Yuma, Ariz., Nov. 13, 2025. The training enhanced CLB 15’s Health Service Support Detachment Sailors’ sustainment and readiness, as well as their familiarity and working partnership with the MCAS Yuma Emergency Medical Service. JTF-SB executes full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and achieve 100% operational control of the southern border.
