U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Donnesha Dowdell with Combat Logistics Battalion 15 (CLB 15), Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), checks the blood pressure of a simulated casualty during ambulatory casualty exchange training with Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma Fire Department in Yuma, Ariz., Nov. 13, 2025. The training enhanced CLB 15’s Health Service Support Detachment Sailors’ sustainment and readiness, as well as their familiarity and working partnership with the MCAS Yuma Emergency Medical Service. JTF-SB executes full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and achieve 100% operational control of the southern border.
