ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 30, 2025) Henry J. Kaiser-class replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO-195) provides fuel and services to Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) while underway during Task Force Exercise (TFEX) 26-2. TFEX 26-2, led by Carrier Strike Group 4, is designed to ensure ships are able carry out sustained combat operations from the sea within Joint Force and Allied command structures.
