Kaiser-class replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO-195) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) evolution while underway during Task Force Exercise (TFEX) 26-2. TFEX 26-2, led by Carrier Strike Group 4, is designed to ensure ships are able carry out sustained combat operations from the sea within Joint Force and Allied command structures.
