An Unmanned Swarming Amphibious Craft is staged as part of Technical Concept Experiment 25.2 at
Red Beach on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Sept. 11, 2025. TCE 25.2, sponsored by
Dr. Joong Kim at the Office of Naval Research, is a two-week data collection event and concept
experiment that integrates unmanned systems, machine-learning based analytics and artificial
intelligence-supported technologies in controlled minefield scenarios to gather data on mine and
