PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (Oct. 10, 2025) Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) hosts a wreath laying ceremony in honor of Tench Francis, Jr., at Christ Church Burial Ground in Old City, Philadelphia. The ceremony’s Official Party consisted of Rear Adm. Ken Epps, the 50th Chief of Supply Corps and NAVSUP Commander, Capt.
