PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (Oct. 10, 2025) Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) hosts a wreath laying ceremony in honor of Tench Francis, Jr., at Christ Church Burial Ground in Old City, Philadelphia. The ceremony’s Official Party consisted of the 50th Chief of Supply Corps and NAVSUP Commander, Rear Adm. Ken Epps, NAVSUP Business Systems Center commanding officer, Capt. Juan Carlos Uribe, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing assistant commander Brig. Gen. Shannon Brown, U.S. Fleet Forces chaplain, Capt.
