U.S. Navy Sailors with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 7, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3, conduct a fly over in a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter as part of Navy Marine Corps 250 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Oct. 11, 2025.
