Qatar and United Arab Emirates armed forces personnel outfitted in chemical gear test observe and test for chemical and biological contamination after a simulated ballistic missile attack on a heavily-populated area during an exercise scenario in Doha, Qatar, April 30. In this particular scenario of Exercise Eagle Resolve 2013, emergency responders from Qatar and the United Arab Emirates acted quickly as smoke bombs and fake grenades produced explosion sounds simulating a ballistic missile strike, resulting in a chemical and biological outbreak and mass casualties.
