NAVAL AMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO (Oct. 3, 2025) – Cmdr. John Hayes III, incoming commander of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit THREE (EODMU 3), thanks Cmdr. Warren Fogler, outgoing commander of EODMU 3, for his leadership and service during the EODMU 3 change of command ceremony at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Oct. 3, 2025. EODMU 3 is a subordinate command of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE and operates as part of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Force providing skilled, capable, and combat-ready deployable Navy EOD and Navy Diver forces around the globe to support a range of operations.
