Civilian contractors aboard high speed vessel Swift (HSV-2) recover a TIF-25K aerostat during counter-transnational organized crime (C-TOC) operations as part of Operation Martillo May 2, 2013, in the Caribbean Sea. The aerostat was being tested and evaluated for use in future C-TOC operations. Operation Martillo is a joint, interagency and multinational collaborative effort to deny transnational criminal organizations air and maritime access to the littoral regions of the Central American isthmus.
