U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Aaron Mulkey, an aviation survival technician attached to U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sitka, trains in mountain rescue with Search and Rescue Technicians from the Royal Canadian Air Force, at Little Mountain Lookout, Parksville, BC, Canada, Sept. 23, 2025.
