The Royal Canadian Air Force's newest search and rescue tool, the CC-295 Kingfisher, conducts aerial search patterns in the Comox Valley, BC, Canada, Sept. 24, 2025. The Kingfisher is specifically designed to perform search and rescue missions across Canada, equipped with integrated sensors able to locate persons or objects from more than 24 miles away, even in low-light conditions.
