The ceremony marked the assumption of authority by 3rd ABCT, 1st CD from 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division.
During the rotation, 1st ABCT, 3rd ID demonstrated operational excellence through integration of advanced technology, rigorous multinational training exercises and comprehensive logistics management, maintaining the lethality and readiness of TF Iron on NATO’s Eastern flank. Their commitment to excellence propelled combat readiness to a new standard, setting the stage for 3rd ABCT, 1st CD to continue the momentum of innovation and warfighting capabilities.
