U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Lorine, a hospital corpsman assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, applies paint to Petty Officer 3rd Class Jacob Dann, a hospital corpsman with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, during a mass casualty drill at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 23, 2025. U.S. Naval Hospital personnel conducted this annual drill to demonstrate the readiness and capabilities of various installations and first responders in the event of an emergency. Exercise Constant Vigilance 2025 serves as a force protection condition and crisis response evaluation to validate regional antiterrorism plans and policies, ensuring Marines are prepared for a wide range of contingencies.
