The U.S. Coast Guard Band prepares to play during a ceremony honoring DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Bahrain’s Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, as they sign an Enhanced Border Security Partnership between the United States and Bahrain.
