The U.S. Coast Guard Band prepares for a ceremony honoring DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Bahrain’s Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, as they sign an Enhanced Border Security Partnership between the United States and Bahrain. The Honor Guard represents the Commandant of the Coast Guard, and the entire service at functions involving world leaders and other dignitaries.
