U.S. Marine Corps to Lance Cpl. Allen Corbett, left, Sgt. Louis Romeo, middle, and Cpl. Joseph Marks, all riflemen with 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, forward deployed under 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as a part of the Unit Deployment Program, received a Navy Achievement Medal during an awards ceremony on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 5, 2025. The NAM is awarded to members of the Navy and Marine Corps, including members of Reserve components on active or inactive duty, of the grade of lieutenant commander/major and junior thereto, for service performed on or after 1 May 1961.N Five U.S. Marines with V1/6 received awards and recognition for providing vital medical aid to an Okinawan local involved in a motorcycle accident in downtown Nago on Sept. 1, 2025.
