U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Mark Perez, 142nd Civil Engineer Squadron structures noncommissioned officer in charge, and Staff Sgt. Jerry Reis, 142nd CES electrical systems craftman, both assigned to the Oregon Air National Guard, carry old hospital beds through the hallways of the Anawara Upazila Health Complex in preparation for new hospital beds that were donated by the U.S. Air Force during Pacific Angel 25-3 in Chittagong, Bangladesh, Sept. 17, 2025. Training, education, and exchange programs for international partners and U.S. service members provide educational and operational opportunities while promoting long-term relationships with future international military leaders.
