U.S. Marine Corps instructors with School of Infantry - West, are presented an award from 1st Combat Readiness Regiment, 1st Marine Logistics Group, leadership after being recognized for “most laps completed with a ruck” as a group at a Laps for Life award ceremony on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Sept. 17, 2025. The ceremony recognized the Marines and Sailors who completed the most laps as a team, as individuals, with and without a ruck during the unit’s first Laps for Life event, which was held to raise mental health awareness and promote suicide prevention.
