AT SEA (Sept. 17, 2025) – Sailors of Republic of Korea’s Cheonji-class fast combat support ship ROKS Daecheong (AOE-58) handle a line during a replenishment at sea with the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54) during a replenishment at sea in support of Freedom Edge 25 at sea, Sept. 17. Trilateral exercises like Freedom Edge demonstrate our shared commitment to maintain peace in the Indo-Pacific. Curtis Wilbur is forward-deployed and currently assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
