Kevin Brown and Command Master Chief Jerry Cantorna attend the pinning ceremony for Chief Yeoman Kaitlyn Sanchez, NMFP flag writer, at Naval Medical Center San Diego Sept. 16. Sanchez, who works directly for Brown who is also the Defense Health Network Pacific Rim director, was among the Sailors advanced to the rank of chief petty officer this year in recognition of their exceptional leadership abilities and technical expertise.
