A Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force member with Air Rescue Squadron 71, Fleet Air Wing 31, reaches out to simulated survivors during Rescue Flag 25-2 at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Sept. 9, 2025.
