    U.S. Marines with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152 and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force members with the Air Rescue Squadron 71, Fleet Air Wing 31, carry a simulated casualty during Rescue Flag 25-2 at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Sept. 9, 2025.
