Egyptian Army Brig. Gen. Ismail Ahmed and Illinois Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Jorge Fonseca, co-directors of the higher headquarters (HICON) of the Bright Star 25 Command Post Exercise (CPX), lead a cake-cutting with senior staff on Sept. 10 to celebrate the conclusion of the CPX at Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Egypt.
