U.S. Air Force Reservists Capt. Jessica “Guac” Austin, Master Sgt. Crystal Bach, and Capt. Jenna Swengras load unto the airplane at Shaw Air Force Base on Aug. 30 enroute to supporting the Command Post Exercise (CPX) for Bright Star 25 at Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Egypt. All three Airmen are part of the Air Force Reserve’s 610th Air Operations Group with Austin and Bach part of the 701st Combat Operations Squadron based at March Air Reserve Base, Calif. And Swengras a member of the 710th Combat Operations Squadron based at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. The exercise brings together forces from across the globe, underscoring the United States' enduring commitment to working alongside Egypt and partner nations to strengthen collective security and promote regional stability.
