Multinational partners participate in a Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) exercise, which included a simulated terrorist attack with explosions, mortars, urban combat drills, rappelling operations, a chemical-clearing exercise, and airborne operations followed by a simulated raid, as part of BRIGHT STAR 25 at Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Egypt, Sept. 8, 2025. The BRIGHT STAR exercise enhances readiness and builds our partners’ capacity to operate seamlessly together, while improving interoperability in a joint operations environment.
