BETHESDA, Md. (June 5, 2025) – Sailors at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Bethesda participate in the Joint Forces Six Speed Mentorship event, an initiative designed to foster growth, professional development and cross-service connection. The speed-mentorship format paired Sailors with senior leaders from multiple branches for brief, focused conversations on topics ranging from career guidance to personal challenges. NMRTC Bethesda mission is to maximize warfighter performance through optimized medical readiness tailored to operational requirements; enhance the readiness of the medical force to sustain expeditionary medical capability; and train and develop the Navy Medicine Force.
