A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter assigned to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson's 1-52nd General Support Aviation Battalion takes off with U.S. Soldiers and Airmen aboard at JBER, Alaska, Sept. 3, 2025. The joint operation brought together various units supporting the mission in complex environments. Airborne training allows Soldiers and Airmen to maintain their proficiency and readiness to conduct airborne operations in Alaska, the Indo-Pacific and beyond.
