A scale model of the Fort Bliss Rapid Removal and Modernization of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment layout demonstrates the process the Fort Bliss Central Issue Facility will use when they test the proof of principle for implementing the U.S. Army's R2MO program during a rehearsal of concept drill on Fort Bliss, Texas, Aug. 28, 2025.
