U.S. Army War College students gathered in Bliss Auditorium today, Sep. 9, to welcome Maj. Gen. Retired Dusty Shultz, former Director of Intelligence at U.S. Southern Command, as a guest speaker. Maj. Gen. Shultz spoke about the importance of maintaining an ethical compass and living by Army values, while also challenging the class to develop decision-makers, leaders, and critical thinkers within their future staffs.
