Today, the U.S. Army War College welcomed retired Maj. Gen. Dusty Shultz, former Director of Intelligence at U.S. Southern Command, as a guest speaker for the Resident Class of 2026. Maj. Gen. Shultz spoke about the importance of maintaining an ethical compass and living by Army values, while also challenging the class to develop decision-makers, leaders, and critical thinkers within their future staffs.
